The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern block with a lift and security entry system in the Chamonix Sud development. Located within 5 minutes walk from the main hub of restaurants and bars and a 2 min to the ski bus stop.

There's plenty to do in the summer too - mountain biking, canyoning, water rafting, or a take a trip in Europe's' highest cable car up Mont Blanc or the train up to the Montrevers Glacier for amazing panoramic views of the valley below.
