This detached house is composed as follows: On the 1st floor (accessible via an exterior or interior staircase): - an entrance hall - a separate toilet - a living room - a kitchen - a balcony-terrace with a superb view of the Chaudefour Valley and the lake! On the second floor: - one bedroom with a double bed - one bedroom with a double bed - a dressing room and storage area - a bathroom and toilet - a laundry area On the ground floor: - one bedroom with two single beds - a garage for one vehicle with some exercise equipment (yoga mats, etc.) also available Outside: a terrace area with garden furniture and a barbecue Access to the cottage is via a steep, passable road.
