The best description it, adequate. It's obviously an older facility and has wear and tear to reflect that. However repairs had been made and it was clean. There was nothing special about the sparce room. The biggest problem was there was NO hot water!! Even after 10 minutes of running the shower it was ice cold!

Outside appearance was not clean. Trash cans overflowing, doors not clean, sidewalks needed sweeping. Room was clean but no mirrors other than bathroom. Breakfast was limited to cereal, bread and bagels. Coffee pot was just a 12 cup so out of coffee and coffee pot again needed washing.

It was better than we were told. It's a motel that you would expect to find in the 1970's. The room was clean. The beds were about an 8. Staff was always away from the front desk, but were very friendly. The air conditioner worked very well.
