Great late Autumn break.

We rented this property out of season and didn’t not really know what to expect. Never been to this area of France before. We live in France and can only take holidays out of season due to our business commitments. Our shot in the dark worked for us and the whole package worked. Simon the host was professional in his approach although understated. We would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay.

Extremely clean villa with excellent facilities. Communicative and friendly host family who allowed us to check in early and use the pool and gave us information on the town (shops, etc.). At the top of a hill near the station with allowed us to get the train to Collioure, Banyuls and Port Bou. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again. Collier family.

Prachtig uitzicht

Wij hebben 2 weken genoten van ons verblijf. Iedere slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer en het uitzicht is prachtig. Prima locatie ook om uitstapjes naar Spanje te maken. De andere kant op is Collioure echt een aanrader. Voor een strand/ marktbezoek kunnen wij ArgelĂšs sur mer aanbevelen. Het zwembad is helaas nietverwarmd

Rapport qualité/prix un peu en deça

L'emplacement de la maison est trĂšs bien, vue magnifique sur la mer, surtout depuis la terrasse de l'Ă©tage (et depuis le salon qui y mĂšne). Piscine agrĂ©able. Pas de soucis majeurs, mais une petite rĂ©serve sur la qualitĂ© du nettoyage vraiment pas Ă  la hauteur Ă  l'arrivĂ©e surtout que c'est 100 € supplĂ©mentaires obligatoire pour le dĂ©part. La literie assez moyenne, les matelas trĂšs fermes mais ça passe. En revanche pour les oreillers c'est du bĂ©ton armĂ©. De maniĂšre gĂ©nĂ©rale mĂȘme si on ne manque de rien, pour le prix c'est un peu cheap. Pour 4 personnes niveau espace/Ă©quipement c'est top (2 grandes chambres, avec SDB incluses trĂšs pratique + une chambre avec lit double pour enfants avec SDB). Les douches ne sont pas trĂšs nerveuses niveau dĂ©bit mais pas de queues pour la douche. Pour 6/8 personnes il faut voir le nombre d'adultes car le tout petit canapĂ© du salon est trop juste (et trop dur )

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt. Das Haus an sich ist okay leider ist die KĂŒche ziemlich klein. Der Ausblick vom oberen Balkon war hervorragend (aufs Meer).Die Treppe zum ersten OG ist ziemlich ziemlich steil.

Beau logement, Belle vue Points négatif l'escalier d'accÚs au séjour dangereux pour des enfants en bas ùge, personnes ayant un lourd déficit visuel. La piscine trÚs bien pour des adultes mais avec des enfants en bas ùge aucune sécurité

Blick vom Balkon ist wunderbar

Das Haus ist an einigen Stellen reparaturbedĂŒrftig. Beim Check in war der Vermieter nicht anwesend. So gab es nur ein defizientes Telefonat, um uns verschiedene Dinge direkt zu erklĂ€ren und zu zeigen. Das ist ein unhofliches und zugleich nerviges No go. Die verbindungstreppe vom EG zum OG ist abenteuerlich steil. Nix fĂŒr Fußkrake und Ă€ltere Menschen. Dennoch ist die Lage und der Blick wunderschön.

Vue imprenable. TrĂšs agrĂ©able d'avoir une piscine. TrĂšs grand logement avec piĂšces spacieuses, bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais une lave vaisselle un peu petit pour 6-8 personnes (si vraiment on cherche la petite bĂȘte). Excellent séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, spacieuse, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Quel plaisir de se lever le matin avec une vue Ă  couper le souffle sur la mer MĂ©diterranĂ©e ! Partager la piscine commune aux 2 villas n’est pas un problĂšme : il suffit d’ĂȘtre un minimum sociable ! Le propriĂ©taire est une personne trĂšs sympathique et de bons conseils. Merci pour tout Monsieur Lafon. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Pour la vue

un séjour agréable avec une vue a couper le souffle sur la méditerranée, une maison spacieuse voir un peu grande pour 2 et le plus c est la piscine car les plages sur cerbÚre ne sont pas extra ou alors difficile d'acces et le point fort de la localisation c est de pouvoir aller à la découverte de l espagne car la frontiÚre est à 4kms (Figueres, caduques, rosas et emporta à moins de 30kms) le propriétaire est à votre écoute et trÚs reactive à vos besoin.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette belle region

La villa est confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La vue est magnifique. Quelques remarques toutefois : la literie est de qualitĂ© trĂšs moyenne ainsi que le linge de maison. Le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur est peu efficace et ne produit pas assez de froid. PartagĂ©e pour 2 villas, la piscine est agrĂ©able mais un nettoyage Ă  mi semaine serait nĂ©cessaire. Le propriĂ©taire est accueillant et a fourni Ă  notre demande un lit et une chaise bĂ©bĂ© ainsi qu’un canapĂ© lit confortable.
