Just okay

Pretty dated and a little run down since my last visit a few years ago. Wasn’t a busy weekend, but the main floor bathroom wasn’t stocked or clean, breakfast was just okay, and the bathroom was dingy- dust bunnies in the corners. Lunch in the restaurant was good.

Booked this hotel because of fridge and microwave and hot tub. Had cabinets doors that wouldn’t open only to find them unopenable. We even pried with a key. Went to use Hot Tub only to hear from occupants that it was cold. Pool was hotter than the hot tub. Asked for a partial refund due to lack of items we expected . Only to be told NO. I have to get refund thru Expedia. Put my story on Facebook and will do so to Expedia too if not refunded at least $50.00

When we checked in the clerk was rude and upon getting to our room found that the beds had signs of bed bugs so we immediately left the room and went to the front desk to get another room. When we told the clerk she didn’t act surprised and another women at the desk acted like other rooms also had bed bugs. The next room didn’t have bed bugs but wasn’t the cleanest I would have expected of a Double Tree. We then couldn’t sleep as our mind was always worried about the bed bugs and the room fan/heater made a loud rumbling sound all night. If our room had been refundable we have left. Don’t stay here!

One of the friendliest motels where we have stayed

We felt welcomed from the time we stepped in the door. Every employee that we came in contact with greeted us with friendliness and many by name. Very comfortable and clean accommodations.

Worked for quick overnight stay

Customer service was great. Room fridge wasn’t working but it was unplugged due to a ticking noise. Outlets didn’t work. Hot tub and pool were great.
