The Space:
This spacious apartment on the 2nd floor combines classic old building elements with stylish interiors and high-quality furnishings – ideal for families, couples or business travellers who want more space and comfort.

Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and stylish décor – one of them has access to its own balcony, from which you can enjoy the half-timbered charm of the old town. Both rooms offer ample storage space and a cosy atmosphere.
🛋️ Living area:
The heart of the apartment is the large living room with an elegant seating area, harmonious colour scheme and modern lighting. Perfect for relaxing after a stroll through the city.
🍽️ Kitchen & dining area:
The kitchen with a rustic wood look is fully equipped with a stove, oven, sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking and dining utensils. A dining table with seating for up to four people completes the room.
🛁 Bathroom:
The high-quality renovated bathroom offers a bathtub, double sink with stylish vanity unit, toilet, mirror and fluffy towels. A hairdryer is also provided.
🌞 Balcony:
A real highlight is the balcony with seating – an ideal place for your first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
🏛️ Building & access:
The apartment is located in a lovingly maintained old building with a prestigious staircase. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessed via the historic staircase.
📍 Location:
It couldn't be more central: right in the middle of the old town, directly on Rathausplatz. Restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities and sights are right on your doorstep. The train station is also within walking distance.
Guest Access:
From the front door, the path leads through the historic staircase to your accommodation on the 2nd floor on the right (balcony suite). One floor below is the room with the washing machine and dryer (‘fire brigade room’).
To get to the backyard with the bins for residual waste, paper, cardboard and plastic, go left past the stairs from the front door and open the back door.
Other Things to Note:
Private parking spaces are available for our guests on a nearby property (approx. 5 minutes' walk away). Use of these spaces is subject to a fee (€6 per day) and is only possible with prior reservation, as the number of spaces is limited. Please let us know in advance if you require a parking space.
Important note about the furnishings:
Our apartment will officially open on 1 July. Until then, the furnishings may change slightly – individual pieces of furniture or decorative elements may be replaced or supplemented with equivalent alternatives. The photos show the planned layout and are for guidance only. Minor deviations are possible and do not constitute a defect. We promise: the style will remain consistent – and your stay just as comfortable.
