We were in a suite on the third floor. There was a rag on the floor in the living room for a drip from the ceiling. Housecleaning only made it around to our room around 2-3 each day. Our key cards would unprogram every day and we'd have to go get them reprogramed at the front desk. The hot tub was broken and honestly gross. The staff working the front desk were pleasant, but couldn't seem to figure out that we were staying there for five days and needed our key cards programed for that long.

When we need a night on either end of a trip flying out of Cedar rapids this place is our go to. Clean, comfortable, hot breakfast in the morning. We can leave our car here for less $ than the airport and they shuttle us both ways.

Let me tell you this the tv to our room never worked, the guy came to help, but never did call back like he said. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. No juice, couldn’t keep up. In our room we had dirty trash and nasty items left in the night stand, from previous guest. The beds were semi ok. Kids running up and down the halls past midnight. Nothing was done. Need more parking. So dumb as big as a hotel. I wasn’t happy with my stay….

When we checked in our TV was not working and the fridge was unplugged. The front desk employee came right up and fixed the tv. Our luggage rack was also broken on the closet floor. He noted that so we would not be charged for it being broken. I also had some frozen water bottles for a cooler that is going on a plane and he put them in a freezer for me. That is above and beyond in my opinion. I wish I could remeber his name, but he has only been at the hotel a couple weeks and had great customer service. Thank you
