Great access to shopping, walkable access to the beach , restaurants Staff friendly , helpful with any questions. Small pool with great access and toilets. Pet friendly . Rooms specious , comfy beds. Need to ask for new towels as needed, no room service on daily basis. I guess it’s a new regular in hotels.

Dissapointing but helpful in refunding pne night

A bit run down and expensive for what it offers. Breakfast was so crowded there were no tables and all of the food, including the bread was packaged!

Great stay at Hotel Bethany!

Enjoyed our stay! Our room was newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The hotel offered many extras we didn't expect, such as vouchers for umbrellas and chairs at the beach, miniature golf, and discounts on restaurants. They also had a pool and free breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful!

Could do better...

Hotel Bethany Beach is a mixed bag. Things I liked: - Location relative to the beach - Overall cleanliness - Amenities (eg. outdoor pool, fitness center) - Complimentary coffee, tea and ice water - Voucher for umbrella and beach chairs - Dog friendly - Size of room - Room ammenities (mini fridge, safe, large screen tv, complimentary drink) - A/C Things I didnt like: - No routine cleaning service! At check in, guests are instructed to take their dirty towels to a bin in the hall and put their trash outside the room to get picked up. - Guests are also responsible for restocking the room with any supplies they need: fresh towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. (Wha?!) - A $25 per night charge for parking! (Come on!) Both made the hotel feel cheap. Check in isnt until 4pm. There was also a dampness to everything. Breakfast is included, which was nice, but powdered eggs arent. Paid parking for the public beach seemed a bit extra too. (Though not the hotel's fault) We had a good time but I do not think I would return.

What a wonderful stay we had at Hotel Bethany Beach! A very short walk to the beach, a lovely outdoor pool, delicious free adult beverages in the fridge and vouchers for beach umbrella and chairs- they really thought of everything! Walkable to a handful of dining options and super short drive to the Bethany boardwalk. I’d give it all 5 stars but the room was not ready until close to 5 and the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. That said, hoping to make this an annual end of the school year trip. Highly recommend!

What a simple nice spot for a visit to Bethany Beach. They do have some nice amenities and the rooms are a nice size. The breakfast is great as well! Definitely would recommend.
