Staff were super friendly and accomodating of my requests! They had a pack n play at the room before i even parked the car! Room is nice, clean, well stocked with towels and extra bedding, and WARM. Which was perfect coming in with the my two children. Would stay again and would recommend.

Here is my review. The room was nice, the staff were nice. The hot water wasn’t nice, and I hate chilly showers! The weather was not nice, the hotel did not shovel the entryway or the parking areas. I actually slipped and fell getting out of my vehicle. Hurt my hand and arm.

The door to the hall had a large gap at the floor allowing a lot of noise from the hall. The walls were also thin, heard the wash machine running on one side of us and a TV on the other.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and it’s always been a good experience but our recent Christmas Eve stay was horrible. There were at most, 10 rooms rented that night but the staff put all of us in the same area rather than spreading us out a little bit. Not to mention, I think we were the only ones without dogs too so why put us next to all of them? They wouldn’t shut up either but the staff could care less. Did the cleaning choose our rooms because they were too lazy to spread us out? Way too many slamming doors, loud talking, and loud tvs at all hours of the night. None of this was acceptable in any form or shape. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
