The room was clean and generally comfortable, and I appreciated having a place to stay after a long day of driving. That said, a few things made the experience less relaxing than I’d hoped. I arrived early and couldn’t check in, which I understand, but the front desk staff wasn’t especially helpful or warm, especially considering I had a small puppy with me and wasn’t sure what to do while waiting. Also, the A/C in the room was a bit inconsistent: it would swing from very cold to suddenly too warm, which made it hard to stay comfortable overnight. Once I was finally settled in, it served its purpose — but the overall experience could’ve been smoother with a little more hospitality.

It appeared the room we stayed in was in the middle of being painted and they quit. The curtains and shower curtains were dirty and when we tried to check in at 2:30, an employee came out and said, your room won’t be available til 3. And turned around and walked out. I get rooms aren’t ready sometimes but she could have been polite about it.

They were repainting all of the guest rooms in the hotel, and the paint job looked terrible. There were blotches of ceiling paint on the walls, and the cutting in around the tile areas was very poorly done. It made everything look very unprofessional.

This is a good place to stay that is clean and convenient, especially if you have pets. It's walkable to some restaurants, and they even have a little cordoned off area for doga outside of the premises, but it's rather small. The room was comfortable with an array of pillows to chose from and lots of towels and working wifi. I guess I would only give it 4/5 stars because there was a big hole in the bathroom door that wasn't fixed but you couldn't see though it. It just looked like someone punched it. Lol.

I tried several times to alter our reservation but every time we got through the line was ‘disconnected’, the truth is I was hung up on. The room was in mid renovation, the walls were half painted. The towels had stains. There are not enough chairs in the breakfast area so you had to beg and borrow chairs. The hotel is dark and the carpet in the common areas is noticeably dirty. The carpet in the room needs a deep cleaning. There is a huge birds nest on the sign out front. The AC in the room was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. The fan in the bathroom is very loud and there was some strange whooshing sound we couldn’t figure out. It sounds like a flock of birds are nesting above you.

We were running late and tried to call the property several times and no answer , If you decide to stay be there check in before 9pm , we got stuck in traffic an they freeway was closed for 3 hours , not the hotels fault But atleast answer the phone

They are remodeling. If you are going to remodel rooms don’t rent them out until the remodel is fully done. We had white paint runs down the wall from the ceiling being repainted. Over painting on some walls from other walls. Neither of our can lights had bulbs in them and one of them didn’t even have a beauty ring on it. The tub felt like you were going to fall through the bottom of it.
