Great place! Good price, friendly and helpful staff, and in a great area. I would definitely go back and highly recommended it. FYI, it’s way cheaper to pay when you get there instead of using a 3rd party.

AC is loud, it cools room well If you have a twin bed room there’s not much room. They could change the emptying room where laundry used to be to changing room/walk in wardrobe

I stayed on this hotel for one week. I like the hotel with enough space with kitchen simply and modern design. Brand new building. Near to the shopping mall, bus terminal just walking distance. I just gave 4 star rating because of the lobby is so hot, there is no swimming pool yet and only one elevator functioning at the moment.

Great value for the price. Excellent location everything was within walking distance. The only complaints are the gym didn't have cleaning spray or towels to wipe off the equipment after use and the cleaning service doesn't do s very good job. I had to ask for the floor to be cleaned and they never cleaned the bathroom. Even so I still recommend this place and I would stay there again.

Very convenient location everything was within walking distance. My only complaints are that there were no towels for the gym and no cleaning spray for cleaning up after I sweated all over the equipment. Second was that the cleaning service was not that good. I had to ask for the floor to be cleaned and in 3 weeks the bathroom was never cleaned. For the price it was worth it and even with the complaints I was satisfied.

Right at I.T. Park., vibrant area in Cebu city. New building, 24h front desk but with a three thousands pesos deposit and lots of other rules. That's the most luxurious place i have been so far for my budget. And you can cook in the kitchen as well. The other problem is the bed made of two joint beds that could slide.

Nice compact apartment, had everything we needed and within close walking distance to Ayala mall. Gym is good enough for a quick workout. The pool was still being completed so didn't get to experience that. Staff were very helpful as usual in the PH.

Every thing was really good. Property was easy to locate. Walking distance to a transport terminal, mall and supermarket. Local food also nearby. Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was clean and appliances were new. I would definitely stay again.

Staff are very friendly. Brand new apartment, close to everything (IT park, restaurants, buses). The apartment we stayed in was brand new and well maintained, however if you love your hot water under the shower…, there’s no hot water. I still recommend the place. Thank you guys.
