Hotel has a nice ground floor area and staff are efficient and friendly. Our room was left to be desired. The beds were comfortable but the AC was not strong even though we had lowered the temperature to the lowest setting. The washroom was also very small for how big the actual room was. And there were ants everywhere especially by the fridge area. It could use a little updating but it's not too bad for a one night stay. I like the free breakfast and that there were many choices.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Function room looks clean and neat.
Room is clean with basic necessity, including a kettle.
Comfortable bed. Only some rooms window to a airwell, not outside.
Cafe food is good.
Very convenient location. Always have a taxi standing by at the entrance.

Econo Roons Run down
Econo room is poorly designed. The ac is at head level while sleeping. Shower doors wouldn't close properly and leaking shower.
Very accommodating staff
I stayed 2 nights for business. Unfortunately, I was not able to rest because I can hear the chats and laughter in the hallways. Upon check in the front desk staff mentioned breakfast is from 7am to 10am. So I went down for breakfast around 7:10am, lights were still closed. I asked the attendant what's for breakfast and she said breakfast is at 7:30am then pointed at the sign. Then added they only serve 7am breakfast upon request. I wanted to confront her but I did not want to ruin may day.
When I arrived to check in they told me their Wi-Fi was out is that okay I told them no I'm going to find a different hotel please give me a refund they said no.

The property and staff were good. Very few in room amenities, no ability to heat water for tea or reheat leftover meals.
Breakfast was good but no access to coffee in the lobby after cafe closed in the morning.
Having read the previous reviews left, it seems the property is much improved since it’s refurbishment. I booked for my quarantine stay and room was exactly what I hoped for, clean, reasonably sized and the hotel is in an excellent central location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
