The free breakfast buffet didn’t have much choice and lacked variety. The breakfast was not healthy. The gym and the pool was very small. The gym lacked equipment.

Price was really competitive compared with other hotels. Location was really convenient to everything. Staff was excellent, they made me feel very comfortable. Amenities were plentiful. The breakfast buffet was awesome (made me gain some weight). The pool was clean and relaxing. The gym was spotless and private, never crowded and accessible anytime. Parking was plentiful. Staff is world class (professional, well dressed ,courteous, well mannered, very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

It was a newer building and very clean. There’s a pool and a gym on the 19th floor. The pool is very small in size. The gym is very small with only one bench, 2 cardio machines and dumbbells that only go up to 50 pounds. Very limited equipment. Lots of restaurants close by for eating. 7-eleven store was across the street. Breakfast was free, but lacked variety. Very limited choices.

For an American, great value for the money. The only problems I’ve had in the two times I’ve stayed there is the microwave in the room. I booked the room with the kitchenette, which is supposed to have a microwave, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and cabinet cabinets. The first time I was there the microwave was broken and I had to wait a whole day before they took a microwave out of another room. This time my room had no microwave at all, and it took a whole day for somebody from housekeeping to take a microwave from somebody else’s room. They should have one or two brand new microwaves on hand for when somebody’s microwave breaks.

Breakfast buffet should not have artificial juices with sugar. They should be regular napkins not what looks like toilet paper. Eggs should not be fried in excess amount of oil. Otherwise, hotel was very nice, and the restaurant food was good.

The family room with 4 twin beds is good in size. The kitchenette with refrigerator, big plus. Separate shower and toilet A+. I only wish there were 4 chairs instead on just 2 and that the beddings were newer and white instead of gray. Overall, very good experience and reasonably priced. We stayed for 9 nights. It was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would certainly though ask ahead if they are planning their eco-friendly management because during my stay, there was a block that they had turned off the power for about five hours. This was a little inconvenient.
