Offering a 3 or 4 night all inclusive stay at Le Rouzet to enjoy all things culinary and culturally that the house and area has to offer. Breakfast, light lunch evening meal. Wine tastings, Cathar and Canal du Midi visits and drinks are included for 8 - 10 guests. Wines will be paired and discussed at meals, trips out to vineyards will be arranged, walks undertaken for all abilities and of course, so close to Beziers, making the most of the Cathar structures dotted all over the region.
