On the ground floor of a well-appointed chalet in a natural, privileged setting in Cauterets, this 38m2 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people has a private terrace and a large communal garden.



You'll love the sunshine, the superb view of the surrounding mountains, the terrace where you can enjoy a meal in the sun or read a book in the deckchair, and the large communal garden where you can enjoy the bbq or the games left at your disposal and that of the other tenants of the chalet.





The 38m2 flat has a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, traditional oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, filter and Sénséo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machine), a dining table for 4 to 6 people, a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a coffee table, a work area and a flat-screen TV, a large cupboard.
