The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator in the central area of the city of Catania. The living area consists of a single modern-style open space with a living room furnished with a double sofa bed and TV, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen with microwave and kettle. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, and balcony. An ensuite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout.

Another unmissable destination just outside Catania is the coast, particularly the Gulf of Acitrezza, a charming location whose sea stacks were chosen by Giovanni Verga as the setting for his most famous novel, I Malavoglia.
