A great value for money, this guest house offers charming and very spacious accommodation, ideal for the younger crowds, with no frill amenities, but everything was clean and tidy, and the staff very helpful.

Great Stay in a historical building

Double deck room is amazing. Great to stay in a historical building. within acceptable walking distance from Train station, bus to airport and old city center. Food variety and stock can be improved further during Breakfast.

Great Wi-fi but poor AC

i chose this property as was arriving late and had a 24 hour reception, unlike a lot of budget options in Catania. The room was clean if a bit basic she sterile. There is some kind of campus attached to the residence and hence quite a few students. But overall the place was peaceful. The Wi-fi was amazing super fast. I downloaded a 800MB film from Netflix and it took less than 3 minutes. The AC however was not the best. It was adequate for Oct when it was 27c outside. But wouldn’t like to be here in the summer

Property was not as expected but turned out to be excellent on all fronts. Decor was restrained modern (unexpected) and very clean. great friendly staff, great breakfast and facility, great location, comfortable accommodation but wasn't expecting a loft situation, which turned out to be spacious and pleasant, great outdoor space for fresh air and relaxing. Not much to dislike really!

It is in the old town which is very dirty and full of rubbish. It's part of a university which mean students are very noisy around. The breakfast is too basic. No meat no eggs no fruits. But the staff is friendly.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, and it was very inexpensive. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.Trying to find parking is a bit shady. It is also hard to find,unless you know exactly where it is. There’s not really any sign outside mentioning that it is a hotel, just something near the door. The breakfast could be more exciting, but it is fairly standard for included breakfast. But there is a very good farmers market just a few blocks over. Overall I was very pleased with this hotel.

They let me check out late :)

Great interior, clean, nice room. But it's a bit of a hike from "the scene" and it's right on the border of some dodgy streets, so they will recommend that you walk a bit out of the way to get to/from places. Easy parking.

Great location

We stayed first 2 weeks of July and The campus hotel and room was very clean and staff very friendly, mixture of people staying from couples to group students from aboard. It didn’t feel like you were in a uni, nice and quite. Great location to explore as we were only 10mins walk from the centre of Catania.

Interesting Accommodation Concept: Stylish Room

The Camplus accommodation model enjoyably mixes tourists, travellers, business people and students. In Catania, the building renovation was well done and our room was huge (full height 2nd storey loft with a circular staircase). Staff are generally young, extremely polite and helpful. The services are basically 3 star hotel quality and all systems worked well for us. The big common area, gym, laundry facilities and library were nice bonuses. The building is well located to the city center, the train and bus stations and to a shopping area with some good restaurants. Congrats to whoever developed the business model and then did it right.
