Sun, sea and solitude. Monterey Dunes Colony vacation townhomes are stretched out over a mile of secluded beachfront. Each home has a boardwalk to the beach where you can walk, play, fish, build a sandcastle—or just do nothing. Common area amenities include a swimming pool (April to October) and hot tub; tennis, basketball, volleyball, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and a driving cage. Located a few minutes from Moss Landing, Monterey Dunes is 18 miles north of Monterey and nine miles south of Watsonville. Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in a single floor layout that maximizes oceanfront views—from serene mornings to stunning sunsets. Take a walk on the beach to be in nature: otters, seals, dolphins, pelicans, sandpipers, and plovers are right at your doorstep. Sip a glass of Monterey County wine, beachcomb for sea shells, tuck in with a book, sleep so soundly that you wake up late—and have the kind of conversations with friends and family that come with slowing down our hectic lives enough to enjoy it.
