"Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Locations isn't great free shuttle bus helps with this. No pool on site which isn't clear. Can use a pool in nearby hotel, but when we tried they weren't very keen"

"Lovely staff and Damasco is fabulous ! Hotel is old and run down.. the rooms are just fair but the bed is quite comfy. The bar roof terrace is nice but honestly I cannot understand why it’s a 4 star."
