Beautiful location

The accommodation was excellently equipped, even down to supaglue to fix a broken pair of sunglasses!! Although quite small it was perfectly situated close to a beautiful beach, with many more so easy to get to. Elena was great in answering any questions we had. All in all a very relaxing holiday for myself and my partner.

Superbe emplacement!

La petite villa contiguë au rez avec grande terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer est très confortable et très pratique. Tout ce qu’il faut est disponible à l’arrivée de manière généreuse dans l’appartement : par ex. produits de vaisselle, de bain, eau, café, produits de base pour la cuisine, etc. Ce serait bien que cela soit indiqué sur le site. Accueil sympathique et efficace : nous avions un problème d’internet qui a été réglé en 1 jour. Proximité de plusieurs plages superbes accessibles à pied. Supermarché sur place. Et suivez les conseils, allez manger dans des agriturismo, ça vaut le coup! En revanche, le site devrait indiquer qu’il n’y a la climatisation que dans la pièce principale, ce qui n’est d’ailleurs pas gênant si on laisse la porte ouverte des chambres. Merci, à conseiller vivement, rapport qualité - prix très correct.

Villetta curatissima

Villetta molto carina, le foto non rendono giustizia ad una casa curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di ogni confort. Giardino curatissimo. Spiaggia, market e bar/pizzeria a pochi passi. Ideale per famiglie amanti della tranquillità e del confort. I proprietari sono stati disponiblilissimi e hanno accolto le ns. esigenze sia per il check in che per il check out. Consigliatissima!

Questa villetta l'avevo conosciuta l'anno scorso e non posso che confermare quanto già detto: in posizione ideale, curatissima in tutti i dettagli e super accessoriata (grande frigo, microonde, aria condizionata e ogni possibile accessorio per la cucina e ampia varietà di piatti e vassoi). Pulizia perfetta. Elena, la proprietaria, è estremamente gentile e ampiamente disponibile.

Le immagini su HomeAway erano veramente invitanti, e la realtà ha soddisfatto le attese: l'appartamento corrisponde totalmente a quanto evidenziato nel sito ed è anzi più accessoriato di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare. La vista dalla veranda, da sola, ripaga il viaggio in auto e le ore in traghetto. Fin dal primo giorno ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra Unico neo, le spiaggette raggiungibili a piedi: quando siamo arrivati erano in parte ricoperte di alghe (nei giorni successivi ripulite dalle onde) e il fondale disseminato di pietre. Ma in meno di cinque minuti di auto potevamo raggiungere Cala Sinzias, un arenile splendido, fra l'altro non molto affollato

Wie haben den Aufenthalt im Mai mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Rasen ist schön grün und der Weg zum Meer nicht weit.

Splendida vacanza

Siamo appena tornati da Sant'Elmo e già prima di lasciare la casa stavamo pianificando di tornare il prossimo anno. La casa dei signori Brunetti è perfetta in tutto: ottima posizione vicina al mare; curata nei particolari; arredata con gusto e super accessoriata; con una vista meravigliosa sul mare. La spiaggia attrezzata che si trova a brevissima distanza è piccola e raccolta e questo permette un'ottima vivibilità del mare nel periodo di agosto altrove affollatissimo. I servizi come market e supermercato si trovano a 3 minuti dalla casa e non sono mai sovraffollati. Sono stata otto giorni con mia mamma e il mio bimbo di due anni e mezzo e tutto è stato perfetto, anche oltre le nostre aspettative. I signori Brunetti sono gentili e disponibili e la loro casa e' una vera perla rara! Grazie!

Indirizzo da non perdere!

La casa del sig. Brunetti è un punto di riferimento da non perdere per chi vuole andare o tornare nel sud-est della Sardegna. La posizione è infatti ottima per girare e vedere molte spiagge dei dintorni e al tempo stesso per rilassarsi sulla spiaggetta adiacente a qualsiasi ora del giorno. L'appartamento è accogliente, ben arredato, dotato di ogni comodità. Siamo rimasti sorpresi dall'abbondanza di accessori in cucina, difficili solitamente da trovare in una casa-vacanze. Super la terrazza vista-mare arredata. Per completezza di informazione va detto che le camere da letto non sono molto grandi e il bagno è cieco, ma siamo stati benissimo ugualmente. Abbiamo soggiornato a giugno 2016 in 4 adulti.

La maison est idéalement située, à 2 minutes à pied d'une magnifique plage. Il y a un supermarché juste à côté (accessible à pied aussi). Parfait pour des vacances far niente et reposantes. Super communication (en français) et bon accueil.
