Agréable Séjour et Belle propriété
Cette propriété est située à 50m du château des Milandes. Cette propriété est une belle périgourdine et comprend 6 chambres, 4 sdb/sdd, un énorme salon avec cheminée monumentale au rdc ainsi qu'une grande cuisine ouverte, bureau/salle tv, une terrasse avec table pour 12/14pax et un bbq. Nous avons eu quelques soucis de plomberie à notre arrivée et un frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et a envoyé un plombier et a remplacé le frigo très rapidement. Il y a une équipe très efficace sur place, ce qui facilite grandement le séjour. Il y a un très beau terrain (en pente, attention pour les ballons!) et le fonds du terrain mériterait d'être protégé car le terrain tombe à pic dans le vide et il n'y a aucune protection, ce qui peut être dangereux avec de jeunes enfants. La piscine est très agréable, la terrasse et le mur autour de la piscine mériteraient un petit raffraichissement. Les chambres sont confortables: 2 grandes chambres avec leurs propres sdb/sdd. 2 chambres moyennes avec une sdb connectée et 2 petites ch sans sdb mais partageant une sdd récente dans le couloir. Une rénovation des murs et des sols (moquette beige tâchée à différents endroits) au 1er étage est nécessaire. L'étage est "dans son jus". Certaines portes de chambres et fenêtres en bois ferment difficilement. La maison reste néanmoins très propre et confortable. Présence d'une machine à laver et sèche-linge ainsi qu'une borne de chargement pour véhicule électrique. Très belle maison, dans un magnifique environnement avec vue sur la vallée et au calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle bâtisse. La maison serait parfaite avec un peu de rénovation.
