The property is located 100 m from the supermarket, 300 m from PLATJA EMPURIABRAVA sand beach, 6 km from Pitch & Putt Castelló-Empuriabrava golf course, 8 km from AQUA BRAVA ROSES water park, 15 km from ESTACIÓN TREN FIGUERES train station, 66 km from AEROPORT GIRONA airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, private swimming pool ( child-safe), garage and car park in the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (french and Spanish )
