AS THE DISCOVERY OF ANCIENT WINE CELLARS AND THE EXTRAORDINARY MILLENNIUM-OLD OLIVE TREESTHAT GROW HERE BEAR WITNESS, WINE AND OLIVE OIL HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PRODUCED IN THIS AREA OF APULIA.
