Good Stay

Long line at check in could have been fixed with a second desk clerk as it eventually was. Otherwise a smooth check in. Room was very comfortable with good working amenities. Staff at breakfast were very cheerful and attentive. The bartender is a wonderful person and makes a mean cocktail.

Never trust a hotel reservation at this hotel

Very disappointed in the hotel. We show up to check in. Our reservation that we had booked four months in advance was canceled that morning by the hotel. They then told us it was canceled cause they were over booked. They then informed us that they had no rooms available. We had to find lodging elsewhere.

Pros Great pool area for kids, especially toddlers. Friendly staff. Good location. Clean beds. Easy access to pool. Cons Very expensive for what you get. Dirty rooms. Strong smoke smell. Run down. Warm/muggy. Mediocre breakfast. Cold pool. If I had paid $60 for the night I would have felt it was a fair trade-off. The price point is 4-5 times higher that that.

I was severely disappointed in the Ramkota. The reservations have been made for over a month, they were called and confirmed two hours before arrival, and still our rooms were given away. No rooms available becaus they issued rooms that were reserved. Tgis ussue effected more than fifteen people, all with reservations
