I booked a pet friendly room. When I arrived 5 minutes later they couldn’t find one. After a 25 minute deliberation they FINALLY found a room for me, I went to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned. Complete ineptness. I was also charged extra for my dog. The area outside was filthy. A couple of the doors that you need a room key to open were propped open so that hoses and cords could go through effectively making it insecure. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE OF HORRORS. As a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe.

Property just fine it was Expedia screwed up the reservations where I only had 1 reserved room but 2 reserved on Expedia confirmation ( stayed one night 2 separate weekends on our travels to and from Sturgis) then found out Expedia booking was $20 more!😡

The property is a little old (it seems) but the rooms seem to have been renovated not too long ago. The staff is not the friendliest, but they are very helpful. The only issue would be cleanliness, the property seems a little messy. I give it four stars just because of that. Overall, the hotel isn't bad, just needs some deep cleaning.

We stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Casper, WY, and were extremely disappointed. Our “non-smoking” room clearly smelled of smoke, the beds did not appear clean, and the curtains were old and stained. The bathroom sink didn’t function properly, and the shower leaked. When we brought these issues to the front desk, they refused to refund us or provide another room. Poor service and lack of basic cleanliness. Would not recommend.

The staff was very nice but as soon as I walked into the lobby is smelled so bad I was gagging. The hotel itself just didn’t feel very safe and the area around it was not great.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. There weren't many food options for those with food allergies. For the price the stay was fine since it was just for 1 night.

Room and hallway smelled musty. The mattress was terrible. King bed but you had to lay in the middle because the mattress was collapsed along the edges. Breakfast was mediocre. Would not stay there again.

The shower was dirty and the hot water nozzle was stripped! Almost couldn't shower! The whole place had a terrible smell! And the lobby was very dirty! The fridge was leaking water out of the bottom. Just couldn't wait for morning to leave! Didn't even check out breakfast because we just wanted to leave! Very disappointing after riding 12 hours that day

The tub was dirty with stains or chipped coating leaving blue patches, paint peeling from door, missing light switch and missing light on ceiling, stains on carpet, green pool.

The hotel room was okay but could use some updates and better cleanining. We got a pet freindly room however the price quoted did not include their pet fee. Then the hotel only had maybe two 8x10 patches of grass for our dogs to go to the bathroom. I would not say it was pet freindly.
