Beautiful vacation terraced house in a farmhouse divided into three units, with shared pool, located in the green countryside near Casole d'Elsa and only about 1 km from its historic center. Casole d'Elsa is a small town in the province of Siena, famous for its Palio horse race in July, as well as for the numerous cultural initiatives that take place during the summer, such as the traditional fair "Festa del Borgo Nero", the food festival "Steak in The Square ", where you can buy your favorite meat from the butchers of the historic center and have it prepared by local experts. Or the Guitar Festival, which every year hosts the most famous guitarists in Italy. The apartment is divided into two levels and has two large equipped terraces where you can dine al fresco while admiring the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The outdoor area and communal pool await you after a day spent in the nearby cities of Siena (40 km), Florence (60 km), Colle di Val d'Elsa (10 km), the crystal city of San Gimignano (25) km and Volterra the city of Alabaster at 24 km. The beaches of Cecina and Follonica are about an hour's drive away. It is possible to order two extra beds on request (payment on site). In the same building there is also ITS309.

Toller Aufenthalt in Casole d’Elsa

positiv: sehr nette Vermieter Gute Ausstattung der 2 Küchen, sogar Putzmittel vorhanden Toller Pool die Räume sehr großzügig Tolle Aussicht aufs Tal negativ das Nachbargrundstück war sehr gut durch die Bepflanzung abgegrenzt, aber trotzdem gab es immer den Blick auf alte Container, Baumaschinen, Materialhalden,Schrott, die dort herumstanden. Wir haben uns daran gewöhnt, aber da gäbe es sicherlich Raum für Verbesserungen.

Mitten in der bezaubernden toskanischen Landschaft mit genialem Ausblick liegt Fontemora und hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Pool top gepflegt und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Gerne wieder!
