This charming year-round home features 300' of water frontage amongst the main house and two guest cottages, each with their own private dock. The large lot is naturally wooded around the guest cottages for privacy, with a slight slope down to the rocky waterfront. Each guest cottage offers a full bath, kitchenette, and a screened porch to enjoy the calming sounds of the loons. Thomas Pond, spanning approximately 442 acres, offers a plethora of recreational activities such as fishing, swimming, and wildlife viewing. The dock and mooring can accommodate boats up to 24' long, with an additional mooring for a 12' boat. Plus, you'll have access to 2 canoes and 2 two-seater kayaks to paddle around the pristine waters. From the property, it's a short drive to enjoy movies, shopping, restaurants, and other recreational activities. Bring the whole family to experience this unique location!
