The service was not timely at all. They apologized initially for not setting up the sofa bed and said they would come up to take care of it but never did. I called the reception twice to ask for a blanket and no blankets were given at all. We ended up having to use the bathrobe as an extra blanket. This is unacceptable.

A beautiful hotel with great rooms and within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, the Hassan II mosque, the marina, Rick’s Cafe, and the Notre Dame Catholic Church. The staff was top notch and very friendly. They were ready to help with whatever was required.

This was a great location and walkable to the Medina. Loved the staff, they were super friendly, accommodating and helped us whenever they could. I also loved we booked a suite so my uncle could have the bed and I could have the couch. I recommend asking about the airport transfer.

Excellent location, fantastic suites. Very comfortable and safe. On the downside, the breakfast buffet was just ok, not great. When we asked for help with a taxi to the station, the staff just asked us to get one on the street. We couldn’t get one for 15 minutes and then insisted that they call us one, which they finally did. End result - we missed our train. Shockingly bad service.

Better hotels around perhaps give this a miss

Very noisy location, no sound proof on windows, the entrance to hotel was beautiful but that is where it stops, didnt have a pool so no way it is anything but a 3, breakfast was nothing to talk of and located far from other eateries, so unless you wanted to catch transport everywhere there wasnt much option for dinner. A very tired and the smell from deodorants was so over powering our noses didnt stop running to the reaction, wouldnt stay here again

A great modern hotel in Casablanca. Despite arriving late due to a flight delay, the check-in process was quick and smooth at 3 am. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We had a wonderful stay here.
