Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This charming house in Casabermeja is ideal for families who wish to discover the province of Málaga without giving up a comfortable urban environment with multiple services. With capacity for 6 people and 3 bedrooms, the accommodation offers a ground floor design with a cosy interior patio where you will enjoy a refreshing pool, outdoor furniture and natural shade areas. For the little ones, there are special loungers, although access to the pool is via built-in stairs, so supervision is recommended. Please note that the pool and terrace are communal and shared with two additional studios in case these are occupied.
The exterior area includes a barbecue and a family table under a covered porch, perfect for unforgettable family lunches and dinners. For cool nights, the porch has a ceiling heater.
Inside, the independent kitchen is equipped with induction, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, and communicates with the living room-bedroom which has a double sofa bed for places five and six. In addition, the property has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub that includes baby changing table and another bathroom with a shower tray.
Rest is guaranteed with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed at both heights. The living room also functions as an additional room with a double sofa bed. The living room has air conditioning and heating heat pump to ensure comfort in any season, as well as two fans for greater freshness.
The house is very well located to access by car to numerous points of interest in the province, such as the El Torcal Natural Site in Antequera, Málaga capital, the Agujero Reservoir, the Conception Botanical Garden, Antequera and Granada. In addition, it is located just 300 metres from the centre of Casabermeja and very close to restaurants, supermarkets and other local services.
The accommodation offers fibre optic wifi connection, garage with capacity for trailer, caravan or motorhome (with additional cost), garden and fenced plot with 100 m² terrace to enjoy outdoors. Among the appliances and equipment are the washing machine, iron, hairdryer and television. For families, we make available new cot and high chair (upon request and at no cost).
Do not forget that, to mitigate any possible inconvenience due to water supply restrictions decreed by the authorities, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
