The ground floor has 2 large en-suite colour-coded bedrooms, the spacious lounge and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, and guests WC. In the games room there's an extra kitchen, nearby the pool. Stairs from the hallway lead down to a further 5th bedroom served by a separate shower room. This bedroom has direct access through patio doors onto the pool terrace.
