Excellent location

Beautiful location close to beach and many restaurants/shops! Parking can be difficult and twin beds aren't the most comfy but everything else was lovely especially the pool and kitchen.

Super Central Stay

Having been to this area a number of times it was nice to stay walking distance to everywhere. This property is half way up restaurant hill near Lanterna Velha restaurant so really is central. Beach is 5 min walk down the hill and everything is super close. Apartment was very clean and pleasant for our stay. What looks like modern aircon unit in the lounge really did keep the room cool, kitchen had everything you need (would like to see some larger glasses) it all worked as it should. Property has a terrace where can sit 6 people round to eat Al fresco. The beds were comfortable the master was memory foam and no complaints there, bathroom was good size and nice over bath shower that for really warm and was powerful. Apartment is traditionally furnished which was fine we just use it for a base, never turned the TV on so can’t comment about that. Pool area was quiet when we went can imagine in peak summer might be hard finding a sun bed but that’s no different to some 5* hotels we been to. Previous comment mentioned about smelling of cat urine, didn’t notice that and there was one cat lazing around who didn’t bother us at all. Helena communication was great she met us at the property with a smile and showed us round and was contactable if we had a problem which we never did. If you want to be central to enjoy fabulous Carvoiero I would recommend this apartment. Carvoiero is lovely place and we will be back

Superb

Property was a good size with 3 adults and 2 children. Has everything you might need. Central but not noisy at all. pool was fine, grassy area a bit smelly from cats otherwise perfect.

Appartement bien situé proche du centre et de la plage

Très belle vacances à Carvoeiro. L’appartement est bien situé, au calme et proche du centre. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine malgré le peu de chaises longues accessibles ou en mauvais état. Une 2eme clé de l’appartement et de la piscine serait souhaitable. L’appartement était en bon état, propre et bien équipé. La place de parc n’était pas assurée mais nous avons eu de la chance, nous en avons toujours trouvé une.

Carvoeiro appartement bien placé

Nous ne connaissions pas Carvoeiro et nous avons été séduits. L'appartement d'Helena est bien situé, tout peut se faire à pied, plage, commerces sans avoir le bruit des bars le soir. Car l'immeuble est en retrait dans un coin calme. Helena est très disponible et charmante. L'appartement est bien équipé même si le style est vieillot à mon goût. Le petit plus serait de mettre une bouteille d'eau au frais pour les voyageurs qui arrivent. La piscine est là mais manque d'entretien, certaines faïences dans l'eau sont cassées et deviennent très coupantes. On sent que les propriétaires n'ont pas voulu faire les réparations à cause de la crise. Dans la piscine, il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'arbre pour faire de l'ombre. Nous recommandons le logement pour un prix moyen de 80 euros mais pas plus, seulement avec tous les commissions que prend HOmeAway, le voyageur en a pour plus cher.
