Welcome to our quiet community just minutes from Southern Pines and Pinehurst. We have an attached 900 sq foot in-law apartment with a private entrance. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, and kitchenette. Sleeps 4 (we can provide bedding for the couch if necessary, but it is NOT a pull out couch. We can also provide air mattresses for additional sleeping). Bedroom 2 has a queen size Murphy Bed. Please let us know if you would like it pulled down for a bed or left up as a couch/sitting room. Easy access to the area's many golf courses, biking and walking trails, parks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. Hot tub, outdoor dinning, and fire pit areas available. This apartment *IS* attached to our main house, but there is a separate, private entrance for you and your guests to come and go. The kitchenette has a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, countertop convection oven, and a Keurig coffee maker (there is no dishwasher however). There is a washer/dryer unit. And the shower is *amazing*!! Almost like a car wash. Come and be pampered!
