We didn't stay because there were bugs in the room. The clerk was not friendly and didn't try to help resolve the issue. Said he would give my $50.00 deposit back and I still haven't gotten it back. He was curt, short and didn't try to help.

The place is older and needs some updating, but overall is decent. The location is great.

I have requested a refund from the property. The room smelled like smoke, and the were people living in cars in the parking lot. I felt unsafe with my 2 16 yr old boys. The response from the property was that the people living in the parking lot “weren’t hurting anyone.” This is unacceptable. If the property or hotels.com continues to refuse refunding me for the nights I didn’t stay then I will be forced to continue these bad reviews for the property and hotels com

Roach Motel

Where to start, Roaches, Cigarette butts jammed in the sink, had to move table to use plug, that was disgusting, had a regular WWE event in courtyard from 6/7 this morning that no one did anything about, did I mention ROACH PROBLEM, Couldn’t have been worse. Hotel.com should not even allow this place on there site

Both lights by the bed did not work, every piece of furniture had chips of the finish removed, the bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere when turned on.

Roaches 👎👎👎

Travel a lot and try to stay at Red Roof Inns; this one was one the worst as far as cleanliness. Room had roaches active/dead including on the bed. Sheets and towels looked dingy-did not use (always bring my own bedding/towels). Did not get a restful sleep due to sleeping with lights on because of the roaches. Parking is very limited and sucks; not for good for anyone towing anything or for big trucks. Front desk/check in was the only thing good-personnel was courteous and quick. Glad it was only for one night, will not recommend to friends or family unless you like to sleep with roaches.

I didn’t expect everything to be great, but I chose this motel for the roll out bed they have listed but didn’t have,there was hair all around the sink, spilled shampoo all in the tub,and hair on the washcloths as if someone shaved and they didn’t clean it. Under the toilet seat had urine as well. Beds were fine, check in and out was easy and neighborhood was safe. It was a one and done for me though.

This was just a 1 night stay and I was traveling with 2 dogs so it worked perfectly for us. Good room with good Mexican restaurant across the street.
