Nice hotel.

The room was very comfortable & clean. And very quiet. Breakfast was very adequate & staff assisted us on our last day even after breakfast was over. We had to check out a day early & there was no issue & rec'd a refund for night not used Only complaint was I picked this hotel due to having an indoor pool but the pool was very cold & only 1 of the 4 of us went in. Also towels were not replenished.

The pool is advertised as heated but it is not. It’s ice cold. Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfy. If cleanliness is important to you this isn’t the place you want to be. The fire alarm went off at 8:45am everyone went outside. The fire truck came. We all went back inside. No employee ever talked to any of the guests with any information regarding safety. At 9:30 as I was getting out of the shower housekeeping aggressively was banging on all the doors and entered into my room despite the do not disturb sign being in place. She asked when we were leaving. Check out is posted as 11am.

We were down on the first floor. The chlorine in the pool was apparent stepping off the elevator down there. The beds were comfortable but squeaky and the room was clean. The breakfast was typical but the hot stuff was just warm. The lobby was decorated cute for Easter.

This hotel has seen better days. The room was clean enough but the bathtub was chipped and stained, the common areas were well worn and the walls were cracked. It was fine for one night but I honestly probably wouldn’t stay again.
