Staff was nice but rooms were dingy and uncomfortable. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were tiny. TVs didnt work and the bathroom had a loud whirring sound all night even with lights/fan off. Microwave was dirty. Towels were stained. Hot water was hit or miss even for the first shower. Continental breakfast ran out of most food by 8am and never replenished. I wouldnt stay here again, 2 nights was enough.

My boyfriend stayed here for Valentine’s Day and did not enjoy our stay at all. There was dust everywhere , on the lamps , on the counters , we even tried to shower and the tub had brown residue in it . Over my boyfriend and I felt very uncomfortable. We both also have allergies so all night we were constantly coughing and sneezing which didn’t not start until our stay here . Also I went to the front desk around 9:00pm to let the clerk know , the clerk gave me cleaning supplies and said she doesn’t know how to help me . The amount of dust was insane and I will never be staying here again.

The room smelled, they need to mop floors everyday, the toilet was child sized, the bathroom needed to be cleaned , Oh and we ordered a king size bed which was not very comfortable n the 4 pillows were the size of small throw pillows n flat as pancakes .This was my 2nd stay at a Baymont wont ever stay at any Baymont.

Staff members are friendly, beds are comfortable and the location is convenient. I stayed in this hotel on January 31st in 2025 and 2026 on my way down to Florida. I really only get there after dark, eat dinner and sleep, get up early and get back on the road. This hotel is quite dated and in disrepair. It's not very clean. This year I noticed they had shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers in the bathroom. They were all filled with a watery substance and the conditioner was like curdled milk, unusable and gross. I have chosen this hotel two years in a row because of the location and low price and I am literally there for 12 hours. I wouldn't stay any longer.

Great location in regards to proximity to Kennesaw State University and the football stadium. Definitely an older hotel. Please note there is no elevator. Just a staircase to take you to your room.

Everything seemed a little bit shabby. Floors mismatched, scuffed walls, towels were small and scratchy. Only one desk chair, no comfy seat. The bed was remade by housekeeping and towels replaced but floor not swept or vacuumed. AC worked great so that was awesome!
