This totally reformed modern villa with its own private pool is located in the quiet village of El Carmoli, just 5km from Los Alcazares, with the beach just a 3 minute walk from the villa.



The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge with open-plan kitchen all on one ground level. The outside areas have artificial grass with sun beds, chill out sofas and outdoor dining area. The villa also has a roof terrace and you can enjoy all day sun from the villa. There is parking at the front of the villa which is in a quiet street over looking a nature park to the sea.



El Carmoli is a small village located on the side of a mountain that was formed over 7 million years ago by a volcano, it is part of Los Urrutias and Punto Bravo. The village has a great all year round restaurant and in the summer months has a chill out bar with live music. The town of Los Alcazares is not far away where you have many bars and restaurants for all tastes, water sports, weekly market, long sandy beaches and a marina. Los Alcazares has many events and fiestas throughout the year including a carnival, live music in the summer months, the Medieval festival, festival of the sea, Cauldron festival and Christmas festivities.

Villa conforme aux photos, très bon passé, petit bémol beaucoup de guêpes au tour de la piscine, je ne sais pas si c’est normal ou non. Concernant l’emplacement, 5 min de Los Alcazares, 25min de la Manga, 20min de Carthagène, tout est à disposition. Le seul petit détails à redire c’est la propreté de la Mar menor mais qui n’est pas de leur fait.
