This property has a lot to offer. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and have in-unit AC. The rooftop bar is cute and charming at sunset. The location is fantastic, right in the center of their city. The streets are active in the summer (all day and all night). The complementary breakfast is delicious (and you can call it in via room service for no extra charge). The only thing to consider is that the walls are thin, but with all the activities in Cartagena, you will sleep like a rock!

The hotel was in a central location to the activities that we were doing in my group. The concept of the hotel was cute but there were things that made my experience less than desirable. I had issues with my room such as the tv not working, the safe not working, the ac leaking, the smoke alarm going off when I would take a shower and a random beeping nose that constantly went off during the last night of my stay. I also found the towels and linens to be dingy and stained. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly. The food in the bar was pretty good.
