Amazing from the room to service can’t fault anything Reception staff were so helpful Roof top bar served daily breakfast which was delicious I would recommend this hotel every time

The hotel is cool and the top terrace is fun with delicious treats. Beware of the checkin they try to get photographs and have you write your full credit card number and details in a sheet of paper, a dangerous play. They should do a pre authorization not this crazy 1980’s process.

A Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing stay at [Hotel Name]! The hotel was not only Instagram-worthy but also super safe and walkable, making it easy to explore the area. Trying to be innovative but fail

You have check in twice first through what’s app then in person , same info passport ,credit card. Twice for no reason also they seem to be understaffed, one girl was helping 3-4 gust at a time maybe they were at lunch but took to long to check in.

Nice room but too much noise. Party central. On 2nd floor could hear the party noise for hours coming from the first floor until 1am. Breakfast was good. Not sure I would recommend it for a mature patron.

I will be recommending Townhouse Boutique Hotel to any friends or family making a future trip to Cartagena. The hotel was modern, fun, clean and comfortable. Every staff member was very friendly and the front desk was always very quick to respond to any requests and questions. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was fantastic - great delicious options and great value - way better than your typical continental breakfast! We made good use of the rooftop pool, which served as a much-needed cool down after exploring the city in the heat. The rooms were well-serviced every day and the shower had great pressure and never-ending hot water! Excellent stay all around!

A lot of amenities

There’s a lot of art throughout the hotel. The staff was really helpful and responsive. The hotel provides a lot of amenities. The rooftop is a really nice spot to hang out. The air conditioner leaked in our room, but the staff took care of it. I wish breakfast started before 8am, since most tours begin at that time. The music from the rooftop bar can be loud at night. The food was really delicious. The staff even brought breakfast to our room right at 8am, so we could make our flight in time.
