Very Dangerous Area
I made the mistake of wearing my watch the first day here, and within 40 feet of the door I was threatened by a street gang member for it. When I told him no and left, i was harassed for three days, with him threatening me with violence and advising that his boss knew the cops and they'd plant drugs in my room if I involved them.
When I told the property manager I needed to cut my visit short by 3 days and offered to pay for one of them, telling her the full story of the gang member, she couldn't have cared less and demanded the full payment.
The day of my flight I went to the beach and was threatened again, this time with much more detailed terms. I ran away, and was forced to swim from the beach to my building to avoid the gang. I've never been more terrified for my life.

-Afee is required to check in that isn't listed. Not a lot, but it should be listed so tenants know to have cash
- Older building. Water pressure was inconsistent, and the apartment is in huge need of a paint job.
