No hot water. Cold shower every single day! Refuse to fix. There is a hot water tank but not operational. If you complain they become difficult to deal with in hotel when entering and won’t let you in without a long visit at the desk for no reason. The apartment was in very rough shape. Stove required lighter to work. Sofa peeling badly. Toilet seat broken. Too many issues to mention. I suggest finding any other place to stay if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation.

Starting with the positives - beautiful views of the Caribbean from the balcony and of the bay and city from the other side of the apartment. Nice 3 BR with a bathroom in each BR. Nice safe walkable area. The pool was nice. Our issues - no hot water the entire time we were there. The clothes washing machine worked but the dryer did not - it would spin but not actually dry clothes and towels. It didn't seem like there was any attempt to fix either one during the week that we were there.

Water in showers didn't get hot, microwave didn't work. Having guest was difficult. Would not recommend. Guest service was horrible.

The property was clean and very comfortable. Everything worked fine and staff was super friendly. Owner came over to address any concerns. I would highly recommend this place.

This apartment looked exactly like the photos. It was like having an apartment lent to us by a wealthy relative in Cartagena. There is a lot of space. We were glad that we did not stay at a traditional hotel. The views were intoxicating and all the best restaurants are in walking distance. There was loud music above us one night, but it ended at 1:00am. We will definitely be back.
