The building is located in El Laguito, one of the safest neighborhoods in Cartagena, and just one block from the Hilton Hotel.
• Perfect for up to three (3) guests.
• 1 Queen size bed, and 1 sofa bed.
• Baby crib available upon request.
• Towels, bed linens, and pillows included.
• Refrigerator, microwave, blender, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
• Pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sauna (9:00 - 18:00).
• Free parking for one (1) vehicle.
• Laundry area in the building (2nd floor).
• 24/7 building security and staff.
• You will find some water in the fridge, coffee, soap and toilet paper for one or two days. Once you have settled in the apartment, you can do your shopping.

• The building offers a luggage storage service, which costs 5,000 COP (1.5 USD) for groups of up to five (5) suitcases.

• In the event that guests arrive at different times, it is necessary to notify this at least one (1) day prior to the initial reservation date and provide the names, ID, and estimated arrival date for each person. Otherwise, entry may not be authorized.
