This hotel had absolutely everything we could have needed! Our two toddlers loved the soccer field, mini putt, water slide, and pools. The breakfast buffet was delicious, varied and plentiful. The other restaurants were also great, especially Bijao for seafood dinner and Fogon for a great grilled lunch. The drinks were delicious and refreshing. The beach was great - the sand is darker than the Caribbean but is fine and great to relax and play in. The water was warm and the waves were great for our kids! The hotel was safe, the staff were fantastic and the facilities were clean and well maintained. It’s also a 10mins drive from the old city and 15mins from the port for any boat tours - you can request an uber or take a taxi parked in front of the hotel. We had an unforgettable stay and we can’t wait to come back!

This has to be the best choice in Cartagena. Food is really good. on the beach big beach. rooms have balconies. plenty of staff very professional easy-going. really great choice. pools many waterslide lots of fun, great design all around and safe. The whole place inside hotel is really safe.

It’s a big complex with 2 hotel? and 2 receptions? Confusing to figure out how they operated and so on. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly despite limited English. Had no hot water in my room. The shower handle or knob broke.

This was a great place to stay and the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and always smiling. Great facilities and the steam room was excellent. Lots of pools and access to the public beach. A short cab ride into town for about 25,000 pesos each way, if you want to explore. Staff is busy in maintenance mode working on the upkeep. All areas were clean and well maintained. Food selection was tasteful though a 4 star. Would return again.

Please don’t go there, look around other places my hotel room had mold. They played loud music all night, hotel only has 3 restaurants and everything else is far.
