Had a great time at the hotel. Literally down the street from all the restaurants and shops in the area. 10 min walk to San Felipe fort. Front desk staff was pleasant and spoke both English and Spanish. Also the complimentary breakfast was made to order. Definitely a great deal

Hotel is beautiful, well located with our balcony facing San Felipe Fort and old City wall. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, places to see in Cartagena. Front desk staff are very nice, breakfast is excellent with wonderful staff. Our room was serviced daily. The small pool at the roof top is a very nice bonus with a beautiful view

Unfortunately, there were cockroaches in the room. While the staff was very courteous and promptly accommodated a room change, it is evident that the hotel is somewhat neglected and could benefit from better maintenance.
