Staff was lovely and very attentive. Rooms were clean. Layout of the room was not ideal. I booked a one bed classic apartment and the picture showed a couch for a separate sitting area but I did not have that in my room. I had a wooden chair that was not for sitting. It would be nice to have a sitting area with a couch and a table as well.

The room was great and very cold, which I loved! Majority of the staff was polite except for the one gentleman at the front desk that wears glasses! He was very rude and dismissive! I paid for 2 guests in my room and he didn't give me my 2nd wristband for my guest.

From the start our trip started terrible. Host and hotel clerk said error was made in reservation. Wouldnt let my 45yr old fiance enter the hotel. I tried cancelling from Hotels.com but was unable. Anyway room was dreary, no windows and frustrating people to deal with.

Staff was kind and accommodating. Front desk security was always friendly. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower and sink fixtures were loose. The kitchenette was convenient. The coffee maker didn’t work, but was replaced quickly. The air conditioner was the best part of the stay!!!

The rooms are quite nice but the windows face a dark wall thus no light can come in. Basically no windows. Absolutely no guests are permitted and entrance is allowed only with a wrist band.

Location is walkable to all of historic area. I was a little disappointed in the kitchen. The inability to plug in the coffee maker in the kitchen due to no outlets was disappointing. In addition there was no microwave so any heat up had to be done on the electric stove. Also there was no windows in the unit I was in I imagine above the second floor there are.

Nice property, but not guest friendly. If you plan on bringing guest to your room while you are there, this isn’t the hotel for you. The rooms and shower are on the smaller side. Staff was a mixed bag. There is an electric kettle in the room so all I needed was a cup to make some tea because I was so sick. I asked Jessica at the front desk three times for a cup/mug over a period of about 3 days and was not given one. I asked Deana, the other front desk person at night, once and she gave me a cup right away. She even washed it for me.
