Great location in the old city. Super safe. Close to everything. The rooms are simple and spartan but impeccably clean. Bed was comfortable. Walls are concrete so we did not hear any noise from other rooms. Shower does not have hot water but the water was not cold. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Staff was super nice. Thumbs up all around. Gracias!

cuidado con los cobros indebidos

Estimados, queremos aclarar que NO fumamos en la habitación, hicimos uso de la terraza donde estaba permitido. El baño NO tiene ventilación alguna, y lo que hicimos, ya que JAMÁS LIMPIARON EL BAÑO O HABITACIÓN EN 8 días!, fue usar una vela quita olores en el baño, ese fueron los cigarros que Uds. señalan. Aprovecho para poner nuestras quejas: en 7 noches no nos cambiaron las sabanas, no cambiaron las toallas, nunca hicieron limpieza, incluso tuvimos que comprar papel higiénico ya que NO reponían. Jamás hemos visto tan pésimo servicio de limpieza, el ultimo día vinieron a barrer la habitación, cuando nos íbamos. Y Uds. tienen el descaro de cobrar una multa por haber encendido vela quita olores? Si hicieran aseo, esto no hubiese sido necesario. Me niego totalmente a pagar esa multa.

Muy bien pero puede mejorar.

Un hostal excelentemente ubicado. Buena atencion. Habitacion comoda pero entra mucha luz por unas ventanas que dan al interior (pudimos resolver el problema) en los dias que estuvimos nunca asearon la habitacion. Siempre tienen cafe preparado y agua embotellada. Esta bien equipada con cocineta para que pueda uno cocinar parrilla electrica, refrigerador, tostadora, horno electrico y de microondas.
