This place needs to be condemned. Roaches running around during the day and coming up through the drains. Hair and other things were on the floor in several areas. There was open wiring and open outlets just begging to electrocute someone and the doors had so many gaps in them that even if you locked the door it could easily be opened without any tools so it was a place where it could be broken into with a hard breath of wind and this was the better place he had to offer. The beds had visible bugs on them and the sheets well I don't even know if they could be called that. I felt like I would needs shots if I stayed in there for 2 minutes longer. I want a total refund and I took both videos and pictures of everything I wrote in this review. How its even allowed on this site is completely baffling. I have videos I want to upload but it won't let me so if you want them just let me know

This property is horrible. Has no front desk, have to enter through a hot garage and back elevator. No amenities (tissue, towels, etc) in the room. I didn't sleep in the room because of the large gaps around the patio door. I stopped by one evening after the beach to rinse off and they had rented my room to another family. Eventhough i had paid for the room. Do not rent from these guys...

This is a clean, comfortable apartment in a great location in Bocagrande, only steps to the beautiful beaches and 2 miles from the Historico walled city. Dioris, our host, was very good communicating with us and was very quick to deal with and correct a couple of concerns. He is intent on improving his apartment so was very open to our suggestions. (Dishwasher in listing should be clothes washer and there are two bathrooms.)
