Spa was great. Staff are wonderful. A little bit of a line at 4 when checkin time is but staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms are great! I always wish hotels had the large refillable shampoo dispensers instead of the small individual ones; so much less plastic. I also wish there was a link/ QR code on the hotel website to make reservations at the spa for treatments.

Warning to families, you must be 18 to enjoy the hot springs although this is not made clear anywhere in the booking process. We drove two hours out of our way so our kiddos could swim, and were told they couldn’t! Also, there’s a very bad bat infestation in the main lodge. Be careful with your pets, especially in the evening.

Staff friendly. Pools had odd hours. Rooms clean. Railings broken on stairs. Lots of peeling paint. Nice setting. Plenty of parking.

Hot springs and massage amazing! Be prepared for lots of stairs. If you did not get the upgrade. Also, we did not have a microwave in our room. Which made meal planning difficult as the diner is amazing. But has upscale pricing, it's definitely worth it, wonderful place.
