Holiday inn express was a great place to stay. From the Manager that sign me in to Johnny the all around guy doing the floors and what ever need to be done. The breakfast was good and the very nice lady that was in charge very friendly. Would stay there again.

Last minute booking was easy thought I was on ihg site but it was a 3rd party Check in was easy and well serived by attendant. Bed was good, room was clean and hvac worked as needed. Breakfast was ok coffee was good Bathroom tile was beat up but clean Would stay again

The room was dirty. Old phone charger laying in the middle of the room. My truck was scratched in the parking lot. You can tell it WAS a nice place. It is obvious employees have no inspiration in the work place.

My check in was slow. Expedia needs to include additional information for the check in process so check in is quicker. I had a small pet dog and informed the check in person at check-in. The process of collecting the pet fee and a miscellaneous fee to cover unexpected expenses plus sign a form stating I would pay a fee if I smoke in a non smoking room took about 20 minutes. Completing the form and paying the fees through Expedia prior to arrival would really help improve the check in process.
