With family’s in mind there are two Queen rooms downstairs adjacent to two bunk rooms that have a double bunk, top and bottom, with a trundle in each.

The rumpus room has a Queen fold out couch for extra guests.

Upstairs the master suite is a queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom.

Full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and chefs oven perfect for entertaining.

Open-plan lounge and dining area with access onto the deck.

On the deck you are greeted with a beautiful panoramic view of the Fleurieu Penninsula.

Beautiful spot for a family holiday - nicely furnished with plenty of plates/cups/cutlery for all of us. Lovely spacious open family/dining room with adjoining deck with a gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Downstairs 4 x bedrooms with small lounge and TV was set up just right for our families. Thanks for the thoughtful addition of bean bags and plenty of comfy cushions. Also loved that this was a pet friendly home and the enclosed yard at the rear of the home suited our 3 older family dogs just fine.

Wonderful family getaway

We loved our stay at Nick and Jess's property. It was the perfect venue and a great set up for a group of 16 people, plus our labrador. Communication with the host was excellent and the property had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing long weekend. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to come back!

Wonderful holiday

We had a great time in your fabulous house, there were 13 of us sleeping there and we had many more visiting on Christmas Day. The house was well appointed with the kids spending a lot of time downstairs while the adults were upstairs. The views are spectacular and the beach is only minutes away. All in all we had a great experience for the week we were there, and the hosts were very helpful. Thank you.

The house is beautiful and the location is great. the house is very clean and exactly as listed. The owner has great communication and has clearly listened to past reviews and adjusted accordingly, installing blinds in the living room etc. Had a fantastic weekend

The house was well set up for large family. We had 16 family members staying including 6 teens and on Saturday night we had 5 guests turned up to celebrate my birthday. The views were absolutely stunning. You can walk to the beach, which is gorgeous. However, I would not recommend here on a really hot days as the AC cannot cope with the high heat. There was no wifi system as the teens had their games they want to play with adults. It was a bit disappointing. The place was not cleaned properly. There was dog hair all over the furniture. There were urine dropping marks on the floor of the on-suite upstairs, which I had to clean before the guests get in. Fridge was dirty, no extra bin liners were provided and we had to go back to town to get them. Not enough cutlery or plates to serve. If you are going to advertise the suitability, you must provide the necessary items. Unfortunately, communications with Nic after our stay completely broke down. We left our pillows and after 3 - 4 times of contacting Nic, we still don't have our pillows. Overall, we made our stay enjoyable. Take your own JBL if you are planning to listen to music. The area is isolated enough to listen to music without annoying the neighbourhood. PS: A house number would be helpful. It was difficult to locate the house. If my car has not been there, rest of the guests will not be able to find it. Thank you.

Awesome weekend

My friends and I hired the property for a weekend. The property was exactly as described, perfectly clean and well-located. Heaps of beds, great cooking facilities and a large side-by-side fridge/freezer. Normanville town centre is a few minutes away by car and has all the necessary amenities/supplies. Insider tip - take a short walk to Side Hustle Pizza which you can see from the balcony - awesome food and great service.

A slightly disappointing stay

The view was fabulous but the stay wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Not all the beds were made up when we arrived and it was a struggle to find the right sheet sets and pillows, being told not to expect that everyone would have a towel was a bit much when a linen fee is charged, sharing 5 towels among 18 gave us a bit of a shock and a laugh. The cleaners weren’t advised how many was coming so did bring more towels when we asked. The house just lacked the items that make a stay easy. Only a couple dishwasher tablets provided , a washing machine but no dryer, clothe line or powder, plenty of wine glasses but not enough cutlery or dishes for that many people. No lighter for the bbq no coffee pods for the coffee machine and not really any essentials other than tomato sauce. I wouldn’t normally be this fussy about a property but it was a very expensive and it looked so beautiful in the pictures. It is a lovely home and great location, just needs a thorough clean and better communication between the owner and cleaners to better set up for larger groups. Thanks for accommodating us and hopefully the feedback is taken well to improve the home for future guests.

Great stay

This house is modern and well equipped with all your needs. Great for family groups. The beach is a short walk away. The outside balcony allows you to sit and enjoy the setting sun over the water. The host was great to communicate with. A great place for a holiday! Our only wish was for the TV to be located in the upstairs living area.

we had a great time at your house, amazing view! However, there was no house information regarding wifi, bins and how you want the house to be left when people leave. There was also lots of ants in lounge/ kitchen we we arrived.

Very pleasant beach stay

The house was great for a large range of ages and number of people (although we were limited due to covid restrictions). It is possible to walk to the beach and we did but it is easier to take a car for small children. The house was clean, very comfortable and the host communicated well. Our only issue was there were not enough towels for us all but we made do with the beach towels we had brought from home. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Very nice house in great location

Had a good time at the property. Located in a good area. House was clean and tidy. Owners had good communication. Only few things that require attention is the external landscape of the house and blinds in the up stairs main living area. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Great house with lots of room.

Lots to love about this place, and a few things that could be better. The place was a great size for our big family. It was clean, furniture was nice and the house was presented well. The outside hasn’t been done, so there is no yard, just rocks. And there are quite a few windows without blinds which isn’t ideal. Overall we had a great time there. Will be good when the yard is finished and the blinds are up.

Fantastic view! Large house!

This holiday house has a fantastic view of the ocean and is located in a great location. We stayed 2 nights with 14 people and enjoyed a lot. There are however a few things to improve: Outdoor is not complete yet. With the unprotected ramps around the house I would say safety issue is the first one. Also, there are no blinds for the full size windows which means that sun will kill you for a couple of hours around 4pm to 6pm. Moreover, the water pressure is too low. You can’t have 2 people at the same time taking showers. I believe the owner will resolve these in the near future. Other than the above all is excellent.

Very comfy & suited to our group of women . Beautifully appointed & well located near the beach .

A slight hiccup with the online booking system at the start was ironed out by the owner . Everybody was comfortable in this relaxed property, which offers plenty of room for larger groups to engage in several activities in various parts of the house without disturbing each other . Very comfy beds, furniture and wide range of appliances makes this house a real home-away-from-home . Well done !

Lovely hosts and home but need blinds and heat relief in bedrooms

The house itself was lovely and the hosts were really nice and had a bottle of wine waiting to welcome us. Communication was also excellent. Layout of house was also good. However, the week we stayed the temperature was in the low to mid 30s and already the rooms were really hot. The main living areas were fine as there was airconditioning and with the doors left open in the downstairs areas the bedrooms were ok. The upstairs masters room however was super hot and stuffy and as there was no wind even with the doors open it did not help. Our baby monitor showed the room stayed in the high 20 degrees even at night. We ended up buying a fan at the local Mitre 10 which helped a little. The house also really needed blinds in the Living areas. At dinner time with the full sun beating down in the kitchen area, we could not sit at the dining table as it was too hot. This was a low to mid 30 degree week and not the full brunt of Summer yet. Other than this there were towels, linen and bathroom amenities which were provided and the house presented i in n a clean and tidy manner. If it was a mid 20s week, it would have been closer to a flawless stay. It was unfortunate that the heat meant we had unhappy babies/children who were restless at night. Highly recommend to the hosts they put blinds in living area and at least an extra airconditioner in the master bedroom upstairs.

Nice Place Great Location and views

A spacious house set in a beautiful location, with beautiful views. However there are a few things that would improve staying here in the future. The house has a westerly facing aspect so by about 2:30 in the afternoon the verandah is in almost full sun. By 4:00 the living room is drenched in sun. With no blinds on the balcony and no curtains on windows and sliding doors enjoyment of this area is reduced. There were also no curtains on windows in bedrooms and no screens on sliding doors. The bedrooms also need ceiling fans as on a hot day / night it gets quite hot in bedrooms.
