Villa Lisy is an exclusive contemporary-designed mansion with swimming pool and sea view in the lower Valle d`Itria, conceived for the absolute relaxation of guests, ideal for a dream vacation in Puglia, between nature and sea, in the utmost comfort.
The villa with pool accommodates up to 9 people, between main structure and brand new annex. It is located in a strategic area in the territory of Carovigno, framed by greenery and very close to the most beautiful beaches of the Brindisi Adriatic coast, between Valle d`Itria and Alto Salento,
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and there is no shortage of accessories such as internet, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, alarm system, satellite dish and barbecue.

The minimalist style of Villa Lisy`s exteriors in the lower Valle d`Itria places maximum emphasis on the surrounding olive grove: a relaxing view of the countryside and stunning sea views. The elevated position ensures coolness even during the hottest months of summer.
The mansion was built with the aim of giving unforgettable emotions through breathtaking visual impressions, that`s why it has large windows that offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Adriatic coast.
The main entrance of the luxury villa for vacation rental in Puglia opens onto a comfortable living/open space room almost entirely windowed, with an American-style kitchenette.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms sharing 1 shower room, and 1 master bedroom with panoramic views, windowed wall and en suite shower room.
The newly built annex offers 1 room with two beds and en suite bathroom.
 
The surroundings of Villa Lisy in Carovigno
Villa Lisy is located in the countryside, in the immediate hinterland on the coast of Carovigno. The distance from the town is only 4 minutes by car. The naturalistic oasis of Torre Guaceto, with its beaches and service area where excursions by bicycle or small train, sailing and diving lessons can be organized, is just 4 km away.
 
Also very close by are the equipped beaches of Lido Specchiolla, a reference beach resort on the Brindisi coast. Easily accessible is Brindisi airport, 20 km away, and the medieval towns of Ostuni and Cisternino.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 200, payable on-site.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom is completey detached from the main unit, it is an annex.
