Spacious Beachy Bungalo One Block From the Ocean

*Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. Upstairs, greets you with a large front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a pull-out couch. Including a kitchen with bar area, dining room with a large table, and large back deck with plenty of seating. Rooms are spacious and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel with modern amenities. The kitchen has a stove top with an oven, dishwasher, air fryer, drip coffee maker and Keurig. TVs have Roku and are logged into a Netflix account. The home is one block from the beach with a canal view, and beach access on both sides of the block. A grill and supplies are provided for your grilling pleasure. Outdoor shower, Linens and bath and beach towels are provided. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side, so please keep that long stretch clear.

Great spot for our weekend get away with our kiddos and furbaby!! Within walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk, comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out but also to spread out. We loved the covrted porch and the living room with plenty of seating. Would highly recommend this place to others!

The house is very centrally located and within walking distance to the boardwalk and some nice restaurants. There is a wagon for guests use which made the short walk to the beach very easy to manage with all the beach gear. The host was extremely responsive when we needed to contact him.

Lives up to the description: the beach is right around the corner from this spacious, charming house. Appreciated the little touches: stocked cabinet of games and everything you need in the kitchen, including filtered water. We walked to Brunches and there are other places nearby to dine, fish, etc. We hope to go back again!
